Smooth, buttery, and naturally caramel-toned, Mangrove Honey is one of Florida’s coastal treasures. Its mellow sweetness and silky texture make it ideal for everyday use, from morning toast to craft beverages and creamed honey creations.
Holman House Honey is rooted in the wild, salt-kissed mangrove ecosystems of Florida’s
Treasure Coast — one of the few regions in North America where bees forage almost
exclusively on red and black mangrove blossoms, yielding a honey with a distinct coastal character found nowhere else. Each batch begins with raw, unfiltered mangrove honey sourced directly from our local hives, then slow-whipped in small quantities to coax it into a silky, creamy spread without additives, fillers, or heat processing. Artisan flavor variations — from sun-bright turmeric to warming chai — are folded in by hand just before jarring, preserving the integrity of every ingredient. The result is something honest, beautiful, and unmistakably Florida — made for the people who care where their food comes from.
Whipped (Creamed) honey is 100% pure honey that has been processed to have a smooth, spreadable, and creamy texture instead of a liquid or coarse, grainy state. Despite the name, it does not contain any dairy, cream, or added ingredients.
- Texture: Thick and velvety, similar to soft butter or peanut butter. It does not drip or run.
- Appearance: Opaque and usually lighter or paler in color than liquid honey.
- Nutrition:It has the exact same nutritional value and enzyme makeup as regular liquid raw honey.
Shipped in an 8 oz glass jar.
Also available as liquid (wet) honey. See Mangrove Honey
